This agreement is between you and INWISH Limited. The website and all the related services are owned and managed by INWISH Limited. By registering for an account on INWISH.com or using any associated website, API, or mobile application (collectively referred to as the "INWISH Site' $")$ , you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

About INWISH

INWISH is mainly a gift card trading platform. INWISH enables users to redeem gift cards for cash from the comfort of their homes through its website and mobile applications (available for both Android and iOS). INWISH is not a financial services provider and does not operate as an investment platform. By using the INWISH service, you acknowledge and understand the nature of the platform and agree to its terms of use.

6.2 You recognize the risks associated with using the Online Points network, including potential vulnerabilities or changes to the network protocol. INWISH has no control over these networks and is not liable for any damages arising from such risks.

6.3 While we make efforts to ensure the accuracy of information on the Website,we make no guarantees regarding the contents, services, or security of any third-party websites linked through the Website.

6.4 INWISH is not liable for any losses or damages caused by:

(a) User errors (e.g., forgotten passwords or incorrect transactions).

(b) Server failures or data loss.

(c) Corrupted Wallet files.

(d) Unauthorized access to applications.

(e) Malicious third-party activities like phishing, viruses, or brute-force attacks.

6.5 We do not guarantee that the Website or its servers are free of viruses or errors, that the content is accurate, uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected. We are not liable for any losses arising from reliance on material or information on the Website.

7.1 You agree to hold INWISH (along with its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates) harmless from any claim, demand, action, damage, loss, cost, or expense (including legal fees) arising from or related to:

9.1 INWISH offers a secure wallet service to manage your balance. If required by law or deemed to violate our terms, we reserve the right to refuse any transaction.

10、Disputes In Trades

10.1 Once payment is confirmed, the funds will be released. If there's an issue during a trade that cannot be resolved, either party can dispute the trade. INWISH moderators will investigate the dispute, evaluating the trade terms, instructions, payment evidence, communication logs, user reputation, and past trading history. Decisions will be made based on the evidence provided by both parties, following the Privacy Policy.

11、Fees for Using INWISH Services

11.1 Creating a Wallet is free. However, INWISH charges applicable fees for certain services. These fees will be displayed before you use any service that incurs a charge.

12、Discontinuation of Services

12.1 We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any portion of our Services, with or without notice, and at no cost to you.

13、Suspension Or Termination of Services

13.1 We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services, at our sole discretion, immediately and without notice, including deactivating your Wallet, at no cost to you,especially if you breach any term of these Terms. If termination occurs due to evidence of malicious behavior or failure to comply with the User Agreement, we reserve the right to retain your funds in related orders.

14.1 By using the Services, you agree not to:

  • 14.1.1 Engage in unlawful activities and that you are solely responsible for your conduct.

  • 14.1.2 Use our Services in a way that could interfere with or disrupt the enjoyment of other users or damage, disable, or impair our Services.
